Carlos Reyes is Senior Policy Director, Community Operations and Programs with ICANN. The mission of ICANN is to help ensure a stable, secure, and unified global Internet. Reyes leads a global team in support of commercial, noncommercial, and technical stakeholders.
Previously, Reyes worked with a strategic communications and political consulting firm. He also advised the city of Phoenix, Arizona, on education issues. Reyes has over 15 years of experience serving on the boards of directors of four non-profit organizations.
Reyes graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and speaks English, French, and Spanish. Reyes is based in Washington, D.C.
